I will get this up and running as I am prepared to put effort into it.
I will first start by getting each clan leaders Email, and requesting.
Hopefully, a chance to bring back some people who used to play and have since gone. Anybody have emails of old players and such?
If possible please make this a stick

I think you should use Hybrid's idea about splitting to different teams, independently to clan or country. And first of all, you should get a decent server like Dejavu's or something like that...

Or you could do deathmatch tournament, so everyone against each other. 3 top players of deathmatch = gold, silver, bronze

I have been thinking it over and have decided this is how it will be.


Stage 1:Get a website dedicated to dxtournaments. This can be used to organsie torunaments.

Stage 2: Preparation- Email all leaders of clans and arrange something.
I could do with as much help as possible in this stage as it is difficult.
I require the clans forums, their leader email, and I can operate it from there. Also, if anyone knows any old players who have since left the game maybe give me their emails, as one goal I want to achieve is to bring back some of the people who played when Dx was well known for this tournament.

Stage 3: Organise. I plan to then use the website as the primary source of imformation to give to all clans involved in the tournament.
From there I will draw up the dates, maps, weapons, and how to combat 0aug players and aug players.
For this I am thinking one round can be aug and the other 0aug.
If it is a draw then a decison will be a made of who chooses what will be in the next round


There will be stages, as in rounds of the tournamnet. I am calling them stages though because as to avoid confusion with the rounds in the stages.

Stage 1: Round 1, Round 2-If neccesary:Round 3.


There will be a number of stage 1 matches being played, not neccasrily exactly at the same time. The amount of stages to be played will depend on the reception.
How to deal with things such as the amount of players I am thinking 5, but might allow 8.

a note: What happens if I don't have a clan?
Well that's simple. Make one!
We encourage new clans to be formed out of this.
So, get a team of maybe 5 clanless people, and then visit the tournament forums, and fill out an application for the tournament for entry. Of course I would be more than glad to accept help, so Hybird and anyone else may offer a hand if they so wish.

Your mapping skills are non-existant?-I have only been here for 8th months but thanks for pointing that out. There is a learning curve required mate, as I am sure you are aware of, and one that I now how time to try and take on. And even if this was so, your point being?

Your projects are growing by the hour-Won't argue with you there, but I don't see anyhthing wrong with that. One project i have been told is impossible and is too big, so i have taken your advice there, though not neccasarily quitted it.

I'm sorry mate but half those points are inaccurate and quite the contrare.
If you really want to have a go at me, which you and Klop love to do, give proof, which neither of you ahve ever accurately done, which I find quite amusing. As well as that, I am not sure you are aware of this, but in secondary school(The years are different over there, so can't really explain) there is quite a lot of work to be done. I have just finished my summer exams, and now have time to put effort into these things.
So please stop trying to have a jab at me, and maybe try and co-operate with me? It would be nice, I don't beleive I was ever unkind to you, but friendly. I base this way back in around christmas. Oh and Klop, I was on the db forums and I saw your application form, and I find it quite amusing the way you put (lawl) in brackets, when mentioning previous clans, one of them being dxc. Lawl, is not a word, and as well as that, you are being quite rude. I advise you quit that nasty habit, and that comment, in my opinion was quite unneccesary.

Oh and as for dxms being a clan, I don't ever believe saying "DXMS is a clan."

There are none the less a part of the community, and are marked with that tag. Even so, I don't think this is a huge mistake.
