Will you be willing to admin it sometimes( I will tell you what matches i will need you to admin for, there is plenty of matches, so you will get to do at least three I reckon)

Basically I need admins to demorec matches, but also and more importantly, change maps and reset the round when someone has gpfed. There is 5 minuets given, maybe 10, and then the match is declared a walkover if they don't return.

So you would be servertravelling when neccesary and then demorecing. It works out pretty well tbh. In most maps there are adequate hiding placees where you can put yourself and you won't be interupted by anyone, with the exception of Smuggler but i have found a good enough hiding place there to( you need to ghost to the place in most cases)

First, the movies need to be compressed of course.
Up to now, I used the program virtual-dub for that.
However, recently, I'm using a program called SUPER to convert videos. It's very easy to use and it can convert almost everything.

Indeed.
If someone can't give you a good compressing configuration, you need to experiment around a bit.
i.e.. which video and audio codec you will use, which video scale/bitrate etc..

Ok I got Fraps now (I intended to buy it anyway, now I have it for this too) So I can record stuff etc, and get a view screenshots at the same time =)

The only problem with Fraps is, that it can't make video files bigger than 4GB, even if your partition is NTFS. i.e. It will automatically start a new file. So you'll have several 6 minutes pieces.

He says that because FGS was attacked this year and regarding the amount we have done also in the DXMP this year, that an exception would be made for FGS to apply late. [FGS]Jack returned today as luck would have it, so we are trying to apply this afternoon, now we have 4 Euros ready to fight. Unless I'm wrong I thought I was supposed to apply on county forums...

I can see no such topic on dxcounty forums.

In any case [FGS] proudly tender their application and thank Imperial for his consideration over the attacks and problems our clan recently suffered. I am pleased to say we will see you on the battlefield, if we knew when and where that was lol... and where to apply formally.

Yes I thought of that.. and after 3 hours of searching I got bored and bought it =D Cheap though, and unreliable cracked versions arn't worth the time. Also you need to authenticate it.
