Nanyo, I got it working on Debian so im sure SuSe would be just fine.

use wine (latest version)

I recomend you have a look at the MaxClientRate and Tickrate, although wine or whatever you are using should translate the net code perfectly. the new wine release (0.13) is amazing, I have Steam running on it :D
