Are you sure that GameSpy hosts the master server? DX came out way before GameSpy was doing that sort of thing. GameSpy Arcade is a server browser, not the master server itself.

Anyway, this is an issue that you would have to take up with the publisher of the game anyway. GameSpy does not release patches for games that deal with hackers.

Even if the above isn't true, this is not the right place to be asking for help. Support for GameSpy products is obtained at <link url="http://support.gamespy.com">Support</link>. If that can't help you, then you will have to talk to Ion Storm

deal is: all 0aug and servers without aug per kill have to be passworded. password in servername not allowed, but you can clearly advertise it around forums so all 0auggers get to know it.

no tricks such as: query saying password TRUE, but when you join the server, theres no password needed. no mods faking query etc..

With the current situation involving the auggers refusing us help, and instead essentially just mocking the position we're in, what else should be done? Perhaps by putting them in the same situation, they'd see it's not quite as hilarious as they previously thought. Either they would help against Deja Vu, or DX would be put out of its misery.

I have got it, but they keep comming, I spent the last 30 minutes blocking 31 IPs, but theres still a few that keep joining. Nephthys blocks some but it they join faster then Nephthys can get rid of them.

You need to set your server to one initial aug and one aug per kill, then you shouldn't be effected.
