this was in my console:

does that happen to any of you?

Hmm I don't rememner it resolving correctly in the past and removed it from my .ini.

Someone else try it, or I will be back at home in about 3 hours and can do it then. What would this mean anyway? I doubt anyone hosts on it..

The domain is online, but the MasterServer isn't.

Hmmm i can see my servers on that master server?!
epic games has its domain active but it still goes failed to resolve master server address aborting

That's actually very smart. In case gamespy goes down, everyone would connect at fragaholics, and new players wouldn't have a problem getting online.

New players need to edit their DeusEx.ini to see servers of a new masterserver.
Basically, they would have problems.
Those who are able to edit their DeusEx.ini are on this forum. Easy as that.
