Right now there is no scope kill with sniper rifle so no need to scope just click on the head and bam ur dead =D Hey soon u wont even have to aim u can just click !!

SideWinder showed me this yesterday. I thought it was something that was always there but I hadn't noticed. But if it's a recent update then I don't feel as silly.
And what's up with that lame miniMTL feature that shows a weapon skill when you highlight it? It will say stuff like "Gas Grenade | Skill: 5" and "Sawed Off Shotgun | Skill: 3". I have no idea what that means.

Wasn't that a bug in CRD for a while? Can't remember if it was fixed though, maybe they're using that/

That's for augs, in dejavus server, where if you havent bought skills, it tells you the neccesary skills from the related weapon.
Sidewinder is a player from Birmingham and sidewinder is a rapper or something there. (if you dont know who he is he was in REN and played as Handsworth as well)
It's a bug on one of dejavus early mtl releases, and the one on DXUK is quiet dated.

You should be happy Tejas, its the only time you're ever going to get a kill on me.
Also, Sidewinder means like a bunch of MC's getting together and doing a lyric-set over random instrumentals for a period of time, usually on radio

Poor is right - I have rolled back to 224 to stop the no scope thing. It makes it way too easy (especially in smuggler and iceworld) and it won't be back.
A lot of people have complained about the maplist so I'll put on a few more tonight. To be honest the reason there were only two maps is that any changes I made didn't seem to work (for some reason there are a lot of maplists in the dx/mtl config files)
Team damage is at something like 0.01 and reflective damage isn't there because it isn't in this version.

Smuggler > Iceworld > RTKM_Spirit > DXMS_Dust > DXMP_Silo
wouldn't need more than that, Silo isn't my fav but alot like it!

I'm not the greatest fighter, but today I was scoping against a no-scoper, Player 162.
It made sod all difference, his team lost. He probably had the edge on me less than 5 times in the whole game. I realized something was up, because my ping was better than his and a couple of times I definitely saw him first. I was about to ask "how u fire first", then I remembered.

Grier has reverted back to a diferent MTL, and the scope bug no longer exists.

Iceworld is so anti-social, no use of tools, no spawns, wep rack fail.
DXMS_Dust is kinda large
Silo is predictable
Smuggler and Spirit are the only 2 on the list without big issues.

That's the opinion of a mapper though, when it comes to gameplay, they are not as enjoyable,.
