i need a massive fps boost

Unlocking your fps won't change your ping at all.
Do all servers have very high ping for you?

As someone that doesn't like you at all, Reemix, I will help you in the hopes some day you will grow up and be less obnoxious in the future.

Replace old file in your Systems folder with this one. Start up DX and go to Settings, Game Options or something... and just find the option for changing the Rendering device it will have those words in it. Find that shit, and it will take you to the DX startup menu and it will ask you which device you want to use. Resist the urge to select the pink dildo in the background of your desktop and pick the Open GL renderer.
