In my opinion alot less peolple are playing DX, about a year ago servers used to be packed full of players, now a days there are oly about 30 ppl in servers in total server list .

yeh tht is true, and im their crying when its often 0ppl in total

it's been dying for a long time.

If the multiplayer had come out with the game in the first place then it would have been a hit.

although there is an occasional n00b influx

im not voting cos neither of the options suit me

i feel DXMP has been declining for a while now, and as bob ses, there is the occasional abundance of noobs coming in, but when they do, they are outclassed by veterans' skills, and unless they are trained properly, they leave, thinking DXP is either too hard, or h4x3d beyond repair lol

it is by no means the same as it was in the beginning, but its not fully dead yet

its become a strange comunity full of people who have played with each other and known each other for so long, that they will not leave unless abseloutly necesary (ie choco and aussiefella - they left cos of uni, work, and relationships)
the rest of us however, have no reason to retire from the game which has kept us together as a community for so long (for me almost 4 years or so, like most of the rest of is)

imo, even if DXMP dies out, DX wont die out for me, as it has always been my favourite game, always will, even when its outclassed by VR masterpieces in 20 years or so

im gonna keep on playing it over and over until it imprints a bolt of hatred of the repetative nature of JC's annoying voice in my brain

Imo its better than it was last year, the maturity and skill I mean...

I want a revamped DXMP.

i have been steadily increasing my skills in dxmp over the last week and i feel good about what i can and can't do already ^_^

topics a bit off really...the number of people and the number of servers changes a lot....some days it could lots of server and players...others not so many. I played one day, I think a year ago, when only the triad server was up.

well i had a lookie today

about 20 at least

the majority were noob servers tho, but about 10 good servers

yeah dxmp has been dying at a rapid rate for the longest.. i retired.. but i still help my clan out when ever possible.. im at school right now lmao.. this is the only website/fourm the firewall would allow me to visit

Instead of using any default search engine your school have or use, go to google and use the advance search to find a web site or image and it will allow you to bypass the firewall.

I can not play in MP because I have worth connection. But I trying to play seldom. And I'll keep trying :wink:
