Download the FunLine UP-3 from here:
http://www.dxalpha.com/download.php
And install it. Then - host. Instructions for install are on the same page. Its easy even for computer newbies, takes 1-2 minutes to do

Can you open server.log with any Text viewer (for example, NotePad) and post it contents on the forum. 100% guarantee we'll find the problem.
