33.6k annoyance

I'm on high speed cable but whenever I enter my own server, it sets itself on 33.6k and gets all slow. Everytime I die, it resets itself. Is there a command in my .ini files that can permanently set it to the desired connection speed?
Also, my port is 9990, would that have anything to do with it?

It looks like you downloaded the MiniMtl and the continual annoyances that come with the many versions of it.

Well i'm using MiniMTL143, should I not use that then?

Open your DeusEx.ini, and check the MiniMTL settings. IIRC it is your upload in bits

Maybe make sure that your User.ini and Deusex.ini have the same connection speed written. .. if there is ever such a thing.
