ok I've just changed to an internet connection through a router, and despite my attempts, i can't host maps as an internet game (LAN only).

So, I'm willing to give out my maps and packages for anyone who wants to add them to their server. Please do not edit them.

I'll post up the archive of maps if anyone replies that they want to host them

You won't see your own IP in the Internet list if you're connecting behind a router using NAT. But it will show up for anyone on the other side of the NAT, so don't worry, it's there... unless something else interfes. Ask someone else who isn't behind your router to look at the list of servers, and if they can see yours in the list.

alternatively you can protect a copy of your map that you give out, so others can host it but not load it in the unreal editor anymore
