Weee!
ATDM is back .. atleast for a little while.. ;P
Server specs:
3.0Ghz P4
1gig 400mhz RAM
x800pro 256mb Ice-Q II
Gigabit network card
Supah cooling!
And urm.. some line which gives like 100kb/s upload and 500kb/s download. (kb/s not to be confused with kbps)

EDIT: put it back up biach O.o All I get in usa are HK people telling me how ping doesn't matter in augs no matter wut conn or country.

Rofl it does. You gotta have a whole different playing style for high ping and its hard to do. But i have mastered teh 400 ping playing.
