it's my fucking location
here in germany are avaiable connections up to 20mbit
and common connection up to 6mbit also nearly all ISPs offer a feature called fastpath by that i could get (in theory) a ping of 20 to that address
but my fscking location allows me just to get a 1500/192 connection
i'm too var away from the next telephone switch
btw.. qdsl isn't avaiable here anyways
