Yep. Temperatues of -40 Degrees have apparently hit there once (That's in both celcius, and farenheit, -40 is the only point where they are both exactly the same...)

Dunno, maybe it something simple as knowing how Phpbb works, like know the link to the database and downloaded it to receive the pass. Sounds simple, but not sure if that what was done.
