ProjectileGenerators

Idea: Entrance to admin room protected by three ProjGens, controlled by someone in AdminRoom. Off at start of game, when button pushed, 5 seconds on, then toggle off till next button push.
Current setup: Button->Dispatcher=>>ProjGens
Dispatcher/Timing 0=0.00 1=5.00
Dispatcher/Events 0=PrjGn 1=PrjGn
All ProjGens are labeled PrjGen
Current status: Gens are on, at beginning of game, and switch has NO effect on them.

LOL, Help please?

Edit: I have no problem going direct from switch to gens, but i cant begin the game with gens off, and need them to be only active 5 secs...

*YAY!!!*

Problem solved. thanks go to AllanScott from the DXAlpha boards for providing info to solve this problem!

Solution:
Under projectileGenerator in the setup sheet, look down to SpewTime. This is the setting that governs how long the generator is active. in my case, i set this to 5.000000

While unfortunately this doesn't have the gens off at the start of the level, they are only active for the time listed above before shutting down.

I see. I don't see the necessity to add an admin room, though.

it was a request i had from a buddy. Basically, it'll control turrets, maybe elevators :) and level music. as well, it'll allow the people inside to see all that is going on, as the whole inside is see thru, and the outside only is fake backdrop. also, i may add some special weaps in there.

lol, i dunno yet. unfortunately, the server i host has some weps filtered out as per request of US, but we'll see. I'll probably throw some smg_mod weaps in there, and also i had this idea for a "magic" or "admin" glove... basically, was able to shoot any type of ammo. but im not a coder, so i can't design it myself :'(
there's gonna be lots of secrets, i think, kinda like in up3, but more functional, i hope. but not as easy to find as in up3.
