In the mission of vanderberg when going to the command and meeting savage, after uploading the milnet and being told by Page to go to savage and that he has an announcement, when I go down to Savage, I cant talk to him. Whats up with that? Is this a glitch? I used cheats just before entering command and used them during as well, then stopped doing this, thinking this was the cause but still same problem, cant interact with him and I can interact with everyone else. Please help!

Re-load an old save.
The only solution I can suggest.

Invisible? Nope. I used god, but that was when coming out of tunnels, then I got rid of it. Still wont let me speak to him. ah this is annoying

Here's a good one:
1) Don't use cheats.
2) Play the game like normal.

Reason for using cheats was beacuse half the game I did already and lost all the data, didnt want to do it all again, so decided to use cheats for the good part of it.

Well aren't you useful. Go die now.
If I were you Imperial I'd just start the level over. See if that works. If you insist on using cheats just use God and blow everything up...

That glitch happens even when you don't use cheats. What happens is you walk up to another character to engage a dialogue and the only thing that hapens is the music changes to the maps convo music and you bob up and down infront of the character. The only thing I've found that works it restarting Deus Ex.

Cant you put the flag in the game saying that you have already talken to him and then progress with the mission.
I dont think the Flag is the right word, but Its what the game uses to keep trake of what you have done.?

I got it
You need to use the Legend cheat
It will bring up a Menu and let you edit flags,
The Flag you are looking for is GrayComputerBriefing_Played,
When you go and Add this flag there will also be a player that need a number for something that number is 13. This should trick the Game in to thinking you have alreay talkedn to him. If you need more help i am here all week.

I think MTL makes Single Player slightly more buggy, if you want you could make 2 DX installs, 1 for Multiplayer, kitted out with all the maps and modifications, and another for Single Player with only SP mods added.
