Ok, I posted this because I want to know if im the single only human on earth who has incredibly massive amounts of ping. My ping record is 8000 (or somewhere in that area). We have dial-up, which I thought explained it. But then I saw this guy in another server with dial up, and his ping was like 58! Anybody else got crazee ping?

I once had a 50k ping in a full TNAG/AM/etc third-party map.

With unrfake u can send fake players to the server and even the hoster gets 500000 ping if u do this

my ping record is few hundred thousand i think, back when godz had that more or less proper rotation with full server, and then someone starts downloading.. usually several people, too

64132 is quite close to 50k, so read before you post.
And as I said after you posted that screenie for the first time, I used to have higher when I tried my lag thingy.

Yeah, I've had higher too, but getting a screenshot, with that amount of lag, is a whole new challenge

It's that I wasn't determined to get a screenshot, but otherwise it would have been easy, tapping a lot on the * button (At least, I thought it was screenshot?)

With any ping above 20k+, I find it hard to get a screenshot using that method - it normally fails, or gets a screenshot of the menu before I exit dx. The only thing that works (but also rarely), is PrintScreen, which is how I made that shot.

Anyway, you have to remember I'm not a h4x0r unlike you, so I'm happy with my 64k

i do remind my ping reached few hundred thousand for several and several seconds in godz long ago, so your "lightbotted" artificial ping doesnt mean anything

Awww .... the worst I ever got was close to 10k in GODZ.

During my time as a GODZ server player I've always had insanely high pings, even though I did switch from dial up to broadband.

Under dial up I used to get 300-450 ping to GODZ 50% of the time, ping in the thousands the other 50%.

With ADSL I used to get 200-350 ping in GODZ 50% of the time, again the upper thousands all other times.

Usually we're talking 3k to 7k, my DX tends to abandon the connection at anything above 9k.

Outside of GODZ the worst ping I ever got was in some pirates of the carribean server where I got 6k, other than that GODZ is THE ONLY SERVER where I EVER experienced lag.

worst ping i ever had is 14,000 on some crappy server that didnt even have a name (just the ip)
