I've written a few of these now, but this time, it's for real. I am now retiring from DXMP for good. My future calls, and I will simply have no time or even a connection for Deus Ex anymore. I'm moving to the city to start my training in culinary arts (professional cheffing) in one of the top cheffing schools in New Zealand in Feburary, and I have to put that over everything else in my life. I will probably not even be on MSN, well maybe, from time to time.
Now, where to start. I started playing Deus Ex in late 2000/2001. I found it hard to play a good game with my ping as such. But through the years I found a good game plan that was enough to get me a place in several good clans such as [DA], [AK], [BK], [A], [EL] and [DES]. Of course, they were all augging clan and good ones at that. Although my style pissed alot of people off and I was told I was no good for using it, I stuck to it. Alot of riflers turned up their noses and told em I'm trash. But what's a guy with a ping that varies from 300 to 500 to do? Easy, HE, WP, LAMs and Knives. With these weapons and various tactics, I have taught myself a game plan that scores well in a populated server.
Anyway, I will be leaving the community for good as my course is a total of 3 years and after that I may even do a Degree in Hospitality Management to top the cake. I really can't see me coming back at this present time unless something very out of the ordinary happens. I'm only going to leave a few messages to a few people here, so look out for your name. Some are even once friends that now look to be enemies, but I would like to leave this community with none of those as most probably I will never meet or talk to you ever again.
I don't see the point in putting many retired people in here as they won't be reading it. So I'll just put a few.
So here goes:
Cataclyzm: Over the past while you have been a great guy to me, and it's been a pleasure helping you out with augs, I hope you continue with them. I will try and keep in touch and maybe after I finish and go travelling, I might even stop for a burger in your town. Bets of luck with your modelling and such.
Dae: You have been great man. My time in [A] was great and you have always been happy to sort out a problem or anything. I'm sure you'll do well in whatever field you choose to take.
Alex: We were great mates, pity it turned sour. It'd be great for you to forgive and forget whilst the chance is here.
Big Dawg: You've always been around, even if it was a light chat in the server to rifle training for 4 hours straight. Thanks for the server and my time in [EL].
Sike: Dude, even though I haven't known you long. You're a good guy and have always provided a good game when I needed one.
Aussiefella: If you're still anywhere dude, I hope you read this. Sorry for my actions, I hope we still all sweet my trans tasman buddy.
Monkee: Heh, my [KC] buddy. Those were the day and I've known you ever since. Hope things go well in Asia man.
Shades[T]: You an awesome dude, and a good DX'r. Best wishes for your field of studies. You were one of the Reich most loyal members lol.
Bobo.: Even though you don't play much anymore, you're a cool dude and provide a good game.

DerianX: One of the games greatest in terms of attitude, I'll always admire you dude.
Carnage: You're a fuckin cool guy, and you deserve a good place in this community. Hope you can straighten out the shit at the moment dude. But my advice on that is: Stick with [A].
Jay: One word comes to mind: Coheed. You got me into it and now I'm addicted. You won't be getting me with anymore WPs buddy.
Tuler: You seemed to stick up for me when shit went down man. Hope that I'll see you on TV one day as an authoritive government figure. Bet I will.
Klop: Endless entertainment. You fuckin' rule.
Well really, that's about it. As most of my friends have retired or I have lost touch with them. Hope you guys keep Deus Ex ticking and play as hard as ever. I'd like to think my time in the community was prosperous as I have learnt alot from all of you, wether it be simple grammar or queer things to do when I'm bored.
