What do you think? If DX was dead, would any clans for it exist? think about that to yourself for a couple days.

Yeah, also this incident started awhile back. There isn't many players on DX anymore but DX isn't dead per se.

Not a hell of alot. It might as well be dead no thanks to DeJaVu. Last night, I only saw around 2-6 peeps online.

DX is pretty much dead, there are just a few people in denial.

It's an unfortunate situation because it's such a fun game, but it's the truth. It obviously can't be entirely blamed on DejaVu, there were a lot of factors that got it to the point it is now.

It sucks, but there are other games to play.

yea you can play games like COD, SoF2, ET, or WoW them are my favorite anyway.

No game can compare to the augged metaphactor of Deus Ex. It's just too old, and nobody's upgrading it. Counterstrike has been updated many times. Almost 10 times now. You guys could help by advertising on it.

Well CS is more popular then DX, even though I think it sucks shit. CS is like DX without Augs, hence why I think DX is better.

However, if someone could recreate DX using the latest UT Engine, who knows what possibilities it could open. And some of the MODs in production for DX sound wicked, but they're just not worked on.

I can only make the assumption, that if Ion Storm hadn't liquidated, Deus Ex may've survived longer.

CS isn't like 0aug. There you can't heal yourself, movements are basic (when you're being attacked movements go slower, and the only thing you could do is duck) and, at last, the whole gameplay is about camping / waiting in a right place (or at least in tends to be).

LOL, and here i was, thinking how dx 0augs really owns CS when it comes to amount of daily players.

CS owns, you have to have a real good aim, look at dx sniper rifle, u can strafe, move, jump and snipe at the same time, you do that with the AWP on css and u would never hit a thing... lets say its more real...

Even Deus Ex 0-augs is 10 times better than counter strike. In Deus Ex the fights go on much longer, and you play the whole map, not die and wait for your team to win/lose.
