Deus Ex Alpha

What can I do to solve my problem? I installed deus ex and found an error, I reinstalled it and it did no use. The error affects not only my gameplay but over all advantages too. Although my quality of gaming is decreased, I am able to shoot 6 times faster and run 3 times faster. I find this amazing but others don't. I already got banned from Sunny side server and solutions are needed.

For me, I find running Deus Ex twice somehow increases the speed of the game, the first in main screen and the other for just playing. Found it out accidentally, but it increases speed, pace of bullets, etc.

Are you on a laptop?

Are you lagging when it happens? Lag can sometimes cause ´speedhax´

If it´s not lag, it´s something to do with your computer´s timing / speed, which I´m not sure yet how to counter.

Code: Select all: When you run two sessions at Deus EX at teh same time it does increase, because they both end up parsing the commands, causing it to double in everything, I had this happen to me before, Just make sure you arent running two at the same time. :D

I may run 3 instances of DX in the same time without any problems

No. It's not my computer. I can type well and my messages are sent fast. I receive messages fast too. My game is not lagging, but the running instance of it is. It's definitely not my connection as I have cable.

Only suggestion I can give you is to install one of these new graphic drivers for DX.
Make sure it the ones for Deus Ex.

If the route to the server is bad, you could even have a 100000000000000000000GBit connection and lag. But seeing as you said you had no lag in game, your connection probably isnt the problem. I´ve seen a few people have it before, I tried to look for a solution for them, but it didn´t work as far as I know... You could try changing the priority of the deus ex process, but I doubt it would help.

I recall something regarding underclocking, i think, but I dont know if it was about Deus Ex. Last place I know where people had the problem were CG forums and I believe one of their members problem was solved.

DX from a guy who destroys community = something wrong

Was that so hard to imagine?
