I am not saying what you did overall was bad, what I am saying is Eidos trying to contact you about it doesn't look good. I can't quite understand what they would say to you if it wasn't about any infringement. Sorry, for the way I said that.

It's true mate, though it sucks if it is concerning copyright infringement... However, loads of other sites used it (even this website has the trailer on it!) so them targeting only you is fairly... odd. It could be fake, you never know.

I don't think they're contacting me about copyright infringement. He complemented me on my work and seemed to exclaim no hostility. I think he was genuine.

You can't moderate DX3 considering you don't own the rights to it nor does it exist yet. I do have to say though, you do a better job at moderating than some other forums I've seen...
