I suppose, but the Omar weren't born OMAR. They were made it by heavy biomodifications. Remember that Leo Jankowski (the other student in Tarsus Academy besides you and Billie) BECAME and Omar.
He didn't always look fucking weird and blue lol. He was MADE to look like that with heavy modification. Therefore, it could be, but it'd still have to be biomodified to the extreme.

The Omar are like druggies. Augs being the drugs. In the trailer, people don't like the idea of augmented people. So the Omar would not have exited THEN.

No one is born a Omar, that's impossible.
And the problem is that no one is born a mech too. They became Mechs depending on their necessities. So... WTF is that fetus?

I've seen all four endings lol. The Renegade one is fucking hard to do. I like it though, but only the Omar live so fuck that. Hardly anyone WAS Omar. Alex wasn't, JC wasn't, Paul wasn't. Only ONE person you KNEW was. And he was:

True, but he's the only other one. JCs dead, Pauls dead. Not many Omar compared to REAL unmodified people.
