Your first time. Will you use stealth, heavy guns, or engineer-type? Personally, I'm going to mix it up and do both. Of course, this will be the one night I play through the entire game, the same night I get it.

I would do Heavy Guns, just to see how they work. Stealth can come later for harder difficulties.

I'll play DX3 the first time by killing all my enemies out of the way without any kind of stealth bullshit. Because for me stealth tends to get boring.

I will play with my bare fists.

They better put fists in DX3. I killed 90% of Enemies in Crysis with either Grabs or Punches.

I was Stealthy most of the time on Deus Ex. Sometimes I just went out and killed everyone though.

i used similar style in SS2 and DX1 and everywhere else for the first game:

Itll be mixture of stealth with small weapons like knives, and sniper rifle.

I do carry assault rifle and silenced pistol and normal pistol with me.

No heavies unless for a brief task, such as blowing up some huge bot. Mostly because they take too much space.

Augmentations will be stealth-oriented as well.


Looking forward to it would be nice if they had some hitman 4 style weapon augmentations.

My augs on DX1 were generally (main ones of course), Speed, Cloak, Targeting and Regen. I used them the most. I used only the GEP vs. bots and generally I tried using grenades for those things. Only one person I really couldn't use Stealth on...

I think I did the same exact thing second time I played. Arrogant bastard.

Other times I actually sneaed past him with camo and let him live. Fun times.

I could only do that once. And then he was even more annoying to kill in Area 51... I wonder what would've happened if:

1. You killed him first time and spawned him at Area51.

2. Let him live both times.

i let him live both times, i think there was actually 3 encounters in all, but memory may be failing me. that a51 one was certainly last one, he just stood there and i went other way lol. nothing happened. i didnt kill him because of some odd respect for the evil guy :p
