The AI is NOT dumb

Disregard anything you hear about the AI being dumb.
They react differently to any disturbances in their patrol, if they hear the smallest thing they'll peak or pull their bodies around corners to see what's going on. In combat they WILL engage and will try to get shotgunners to flank you. In the later parts of the game
[spoiler]on top of the above, ordinary grunts have augmentations (such as cloak) when you engage them in combat. Total ballwrecker.[/spoiler]
There's not been any real issues, they've locked me down whenever I've been on alert.

Yeah, I imagine like Aidan said they were playing on easy, where naturally the AI is gonna be dumber.
I like their movement especially, it's realistic and luring people over by opening doors etc that they're looking at isn't dumb AI.

Found they can be fucking smart, was being a little sneak popping shots off from a vent, then running off to the other end, to find they were waiting for me at the other end of the vent. If they could've got in, I'd be fucked!

I threw a crate to attract the attention of all the guards so I could sneak past easily. They were all alerted, but then only sent one person to check it out! D:

Similar situation to Bale. A guard sent two guys from both directions to find where I was. I was in a hallway, and both of them ended up trapping me.

While hiding behind a container 1 guards tried to flank me on the left and 1 on the right while I was under heavy cover fire from their mates.
