Bah, I just threw some barrels of poison at him. Worked like a charm.

I died 20 times, eventually used the one explosive pack I had next to an explosive barrel and got lucky...

Oh, I just threw emps and conc grenades at him and shot him in the head till he recovered, guess that way would have saved a few EMPs but did it first time anyway.

EDIT: reloaded and tried it this way, took me like 3 attempts as I'm not used to items just flying to where you target, was expecting gravity so would keep aiming above him and it'd miss <:
