I'm playing the game during the Morning in Moscow, and I went to the Chinese cafe and this guy wants me to help him read the place of bots. The trouble is, I can't equip anything on this level. Xander said for me to holster my weapons, but I can't equip a lock pick or anything. It his some kind of bug?

Try to drop your current weapon.
