Can't get Dancing Cheat to work

OK first guys i cant get the code admin set hooker1 to work.
Heres a step by step of what i'm doing,
I start a new game,
Put in admin set human bcheatsenabled true,
summon a hooker to see if it cheat mode logged in,
put in admin set hooker1,
summon another hooker1,
NONE OF THEM ARE DANCING!
Any help?

You're supposed to put:
Admin set Hooker1 Orders Dancing
Orders can be:
-Dancing
-Sitting
-Wandering
-Following
....etc...
