About:
It's a mutator. For those, who've never met this thingie, "mutator" - is a kind of a mod that changes something in online gameplay. This one will make all TNTs on all maps respawnable and it will add more TNTs on five standard maps + BigFlyingParty-2 aswell. The code of the mod was protected by Nobody's ModProtectionTool.

Requirements:
Deus Ex GOTY/or 1112fm, DXMTL 152b1 installed

Installation:
Installation is very simple. Extract both files MMExplosive100.u and MMExplosive100.int to your Deus Ex/System folder. Then, open DeusEx.ini with a text editor (Notepad for example) and find a block named [DeusEx.DeusExGameEngine] in it. Add these lines somewhere inside that block:

ServerActors=MMExplosive100.TNTMutator

Please, don't let DXMTL touch that mutator (in other words, do not activate it in the mutators menu in game), otherwise you'll get a server error.

Configuration:
To make sure that you've successfully installed it, join the server and type mutate tnt.version. You should recieve a message with saying that mutator is installed. To configure, start a server, and go to preferences (or advanced options) > Mutators > MM TNT respawn > Settings 1 / 2
bCmdGrdCrtRespawn - when false, the ground crate on DXMP_Cmd will not respawn (false by default)
bSpawnMoreCrates - when true, mutator will spawn more respawnable TNT crates (true by default)
RespawnTime - guess what? it's a time between respawns. It's 30 by default but it may seem long for you. If so, set it to 10 or 15.
To apply changes you have to restart the server or just change the map.

Cant you make a tool so users can choose where they want them on other maps?

Expect more mutators to be released soon !!

Cant you make a tool so users can choose where they want them on other maps?

I dunno, i could make .ini file with positions... but actually i want to release other mutators.
