Laptop + User32.dll

Postby ynnaD » Fri Mar 20, 09 8:39 pm

Stupidly i forgot about the User32 Virus error, and deleted it by accident, now i can't get past the BSOD on my Laptop, i've tried running the Recovery Console with a cmd but i get BSOD on all the recovery options, including all the Safe Modes . Some people have suggested a fresh XP install, but this laptop was bought to me by my parents, and i didn't get an XP Disc, or even a Disc Drive -_-

So i have no clue how i can get this fixed, any ideas?

Get someone to make you an Ubuntu Live CD, then run your PC using that disc, and get an USB stick, place a clean User32.dll on it, place it into your PC while running Ubuntu, and copy User32.dll to the correct directory.
