Wanna get a song off a video from Youtube?

I found that there's a lot of good songs on YouTube Videos that you can't download anywhere no matter how much you try, the only place you can hear it, is on YouTube, well i've got a way you can get a copy of these songs , you may have your own way to get these but for those who don't, here's a simple guide i've put together which explains on how i do it. (I wrote this guide on another site earlier, but i thought some people here mite also find it useful, so i've edited it slighty from the original, here you go)

1. Get the URL for the video of the song you want to download, for example, the first video that appeared on the Music section in YouTube today is Selena Gomez and the Scene - Falling Down so i'm using that song as an example of how this works, pretend that that song is the song you wanna download, so going into that video, go to the little box on the right, it shows the username of whoever uploaded the vid, date it was uploaded etc, Copy the URL from there.

2. Go to a Youtube Video Downloading website, i personally use www.keepvid.com and i'd tell you how to use that but the site's down atm for some reason (0_o), so instead i'll use www.downloadyoutubevideos.com, go there, paste the URL into the box it provides, click Download, then on the next page, right click Download, select Save Target As, and save it somewhere you'll remember cos you'll need it again.

3. Download this programme : http://www.cocoonsoftware.com/download/INSTALL.zip , should be easy enough for most people to use, but if your stuck on how it works, just send a PM or ask on forums etc, download and install that programme, then start it up.

5. Using that programme, first off, see the line of little images? Between a little image with VCD in it, and a mobile phone, there's a little music symbol, click it, and click MP3.

6. Afterwards, go to the very left of the screen, click the little icon that has a + sign on it, and find where you downloaded your youtube video, and left click it twice.

7. Where it says output directory, click the folder icon , its the icon thats the same as the one used in the last step only without the +, click it, and just pick a folder you wanna save the song in.

8. Ignore everything else, and beside where it says Start Conversion, click the icon, it looks like two arrows in a circle, and wait till it's finished, then you should have your finished product in the folder you chose .

(a bug happened to me using it once where the launguage changed to French, it ur language changes by accident, just go to the top of the programme and click the button with the little flag and you can change it)

Yes, in simple terms, its that simple, but you'd be surprised at how many people who don't know how to do it.
