m4a > mp3 (Keeping ID3 Tags)

Does anyone know of any freeware to convert m4a to mp3 KEEPING the ID3 tags? Wavepad has failed me in terms of keeping ID3's :/

It's a nuisance having my purchased songs in one folder ("iTunes Media") while my ripped/pirated songs are in another.

Case of OCD here.

No.

If filename and folder are kept however, you can use MusicBrainz Picaso.

The issue with this, is that a good 95% of my music artists are unidentifiable by most programs such as this.

All I need is a simple m4a to mp3 converter that keeps ID3 tags in tact.

-but thanks for helping so far guys :)
