I watched Slowbeef and Diabetus' Dead to Rights and DTR:Retribution LP and found it hilarious.

In terms of regular LPers, I watch Chip and Ironicus a lot: http://www.chipandironicus.com

They've done some games I've always been interested in (Killer 7, Beyond Good and Evil) and a game from my childhood (Spiderman). I'd recommend them to anyone who just wants a good hearty chuckle (especially great in their MGS LP's).
