No but people misinterpret the rating. Reviewers use it for a "perfect" game and review readers do the same. Many people will buy a game not only because their fave gaming network thinks it's good but because it got a high rating.

I never trust gaming network sites like IGN or GameSpot because they lie, too damn much. A lot of the games they rate highly are actually pretty shit. Sure, that game may suck in MY opinion but when thousands of people also agree, what does that mean?

If your afraid of biased reviews, why not just check out Gamefaqs User Reviews, or other site user reviews, you cud make ur own opinion after readin a couple of em

Eh. I trust "unbiased" reviews just as much as I trust GameSpot or IGN's reviews. The best way for me to know if I hate or like a game is to try it for myself. Which I do now.

I don't trust user reviews any better because a lot of people simply join to spam the game with "decent" reviews or ratings. You see it on any website with a rating system and a lot of GameFAQ's user reviews look like they were written by fucking 2 year olds.

I got mine yesterday on release.

However, i did encounter one issue with it which i didn't realise existed untill i got Home. The box was slightly damaged. But the game runs smooth as a whistle... xD
