Press "O" and it should sort it out, something to do with the graphics.

It's the Energy Balls, I do not understand them at all

put one portal underneath the ball, and another underneath the reciever.

Also, I do not see the trouble with level 9.

1)Put portal1 on the ceiling.
2) put portal 2 on the floor to the right.
3) place cursor over floor to left of portal 2
4) go into portal 2.
5) as you fall, place portal 1 to the left of portal 2.
6) go right and oyu are over the first section.

7) put portal1 on right wall
put portal2 high up on left wall.
9) run through portal 1 while jumping.
