Bought GTA IV and Kane and Lynch: Dead men.

Playing GTA now. I even managed to drive first 20 minutes without a single car crash, driving is so much easier with a controller than a keyboard.

I bought Burnout Paradise in a local store here, in Spain. Does anyone have any ideas why it is in French? On the box it says "fully translated to Spanish" :S

The game itself is pretty good. The best part are car crashes, of course.

I feel like playing some games. Don't have any consoles here, only a relatively good PC. I'm looking for advice.

I'd like to try some interesting RPGs, high-rated ones, possibly some modern classic. But not the ones which are based on hitting mouse/keyboard twice per second and enjoying some kick-ass effects, if you get what I mean.

I didn't play a lot of games in my life. I discovered Hitman Blood Money only two weeks ago and I really enjoyed it. A couple of days ago I accidentally downloaded the game called "Lost Planet", it seems absolutely boring for me.

The list of modern games I played: HL2 + all episodes, Portal, GTA SA, GTA IV, Crysis, UT04, Mafia, CoD4, Lineage 2. That's all I guess.

Oh and yeah, in order to help PC gaming I buy stuff even if I initially downloaded it, but I've got to be sure it's not some shit.

The C&C series in its entireity with the possible exception of Renegade if you're not looking for an FPS. (I still think Renegade was awesome.)

If you liked Blood Money then I suggest you get the other games, especially Silent Assassain.

James already suggested it but Knights of the Old Republic is a must.

Company of Hereos also springs to mind, I do however remember you mentioning in another topic that you were fed up of WWII shooters. CoH is more of an RTS and is immense so I'd strongly recommend it.

If you're into realistic shooters then get Armed Assault or even the earlier Operation Flashpoint.

Last but not least the Thief series if you have not already indulged.
