So like I've been thinking, maybe my processors are the reason for my lag, doesn't L4D recommend 3.0GHz? I have 2.8 <_> but I have two so...

May be anti aliasing.
Multiple rendering applies to quad core.

VALVe confirmed they're going to regually update L4D and L4D-2, I think it's decided that the two already contrast eachother: grimdark L4D with limited arsenal, gritty surroundings and believable characters that break a stress relief joke once in awhile vs bright L4D-2 with large arsenal and a frying pan, colourful surroundings and 4 stereotype characters with constant comical dialogue "I LOVE horses!".

What I'm trying to say is, I'm still going to play Left 4 Dead while I play Left 4 Dead II, because I need to play No Mercy, Dead air and Death Toll.

About AI tanks, I can't find anything to confirm about this but if you get knocked into incap by an AI tank, don't shoot at it with your pistols. The AI uses an agro system and hope someone overcomes your threat level and be the tanks target before you become a launched airbourne carcass. I think meleeing the tank's back works as long as the pistoller isn't shooting.

Remember, this is all theory.
