Ahh yeh shit, they shut down for a while, try it again in a few days/weeks/months (seriously) lol When Bungie were about to lay the smackdown on hackers a while back they shut down their site for 2 months and Bungie thanked them lol This time round, that info has leaked, Bungie is pissed again.

Indeed, they hyped all that crap for nothing. They said it would be a grenade but it's a beast to carry. Another thing that was crap about the bubble shield was the fact you could enter it without a challenge and beat down the idiot inside. You know what else pissed me off? The fact the Assault Rifle has the range of an SMG. the combat with the Assault Rifle is "whomever gets the first shot, wins".

4 player co-op, is this true? Wow, imagine that! I just hope the single player is mint like Halo1 was. The amount of times me & Dale did split screen on the first one was awesome. It never got boring.

CORRECTION: It should be "who ever shoots whom". Back to the point, Bungie promised it to be innotive, it's not in the slightest. For people who have not seen Halo 3 Beta imagine Halo 2 slapped round the face with next gen effects with 7 new weapons that are just like Halo 2 rip offs and a mongoose.

Edit: Is it just me or is High Ground supposed to be about entering the base? Any retard with his eyes inside his head could get into the base due to the open bunker, bunker hatch, grav lift, gate and destroyed side.

It isn't like Halo 2 at all lol. hardly no dual wielding gayness or homing rocket launchers, the weapons ARE balanced this time around (apart from the spikers which need a boost, and the fact you should start with a BR on bigger maps)

It IS like Halo 2! There are no new "innotive features" about it. Bungie have not remastered it, they have taken the concept of Halo 2 maps and weapons and altered them. For example, the Spikers are the new version of the Brute Plasma Rifle, the Man Cannon is the teleporter but with the ability to be sniped in mid-air and of course the Mongoose is a light Warthog crushed.

Also I agree with you on the BR on maps like Valhalla, and there should not be a shotgun on Valhalla and not on High Ground.

What about the new grenades?, the spiked grenades that stick to anything but hard to attach to people from afar?

The bubble grenade, changing the battle in a instant and can be used as a shield from the inside or (if you're smart) around it.

Not to mention the powerdrainer. :ey lol Spikers are brute SMGs, weaker than the plasmas and SMGS but got the best melee so far in the beta.
