Yeah i saw that on FileFront, but realistically, i'm confused, as a Celeron isn't P4 lol

It is, but it isn't.
Celerons are (AFAIK) budget CPU's, that are versions of their more expensive counterparts that had something go wrong slightly with them, so they don't match up to the desired spec, but still do their job.
So it may work, but then again, it may not.

I bought it and it kind of worked..well, not really. It froze at the exact same spot on campaign and at random parts on a scenario. 1GB of ram, only 128mb graphics card though, although accelerated to like 200mb. Dual proccessor 1.6.

Odd, very odd. I just downloaded and played the demo, and i'll tell you what, it worked fine at a nice steady FPS. However, oddly, comparing mine to yours, i have a GeForce 6200A 256 Meg (DDR2) card, unfortuently my motherboard only supports, DDR, and SDRAM. Thus my pcs performance dropped dramatically, i was only using 3-7% Of my CPU before i installed the graphics card, with MSN, FireFox, and Outlook open, but now with it installed i use 100% of my cpu just trying to run one of those programs.
But meh, maybe it is because your graphics card doesn't 100% support it. =/
