Posted: Sat Nov 03, 07 12:30 amMy old Steam account won't work, so I created a new one. I tried installing Half Life, but Steam doesn't show it as installed. I try going on "Activate Existing Product" or something and provide a CD-Key, it says it couldn't complete the transaction. Now I've logged on I just got a message saying I can't use it be used because its already been activated on another account.

You can only use a steam game on one account.
