The exclusivity of the Vader is restricted to the PS3 while Yoda is on the 360. Similar to the release of SC2 on with Link, Spawn?, and some other character.

That looks so stupid. They can't possibly put those characters in there..thats like putting lord of the rings characters into fucking star wars games.

It's bad enough they include bonus characters Spawn, Heihachi and Link in #2 and try to link the current plot with their unique storylines.
This "back in time" theory can only be milked for so long until it gets ridiculous.

Same character from the story of the Hero King and his Jealous Son on the third game's website.
A balanced character actually, not too powerful and interesting, neutral character. Wields both Soul Edge and Calibur.
edit: Also like most NAMCO or Capcom characters, he's loosely based on a Jojo character.
