Vegas 2: Xbox 360 or PS3?

Ok, try to play nice and not start a console argument, but I've recently bought a ps3 at uni so in all I have all of the 'next gen' consoles. One thing I've noticed between the 360 and PS3 though, especially in games such as assassins creed and rainbow6: vegas 2 is that, either on HD or normal TV, the ps3 excels graphically and performance wise.

Is this anything to do with blu-ray? Is the PS3 finally catching up with Xbox?

But how is that possible?, the 360 has a better graphics card.

Both the PS3 and XBox 360 have extremely good graphics cards. However; The PS3 is more stable and has more procession power.

In before argument, the 360 still performed and looks better on these multi platform games.

But I have an idea, are people actually looking at graphics or do they prefer 360's LIGHT bloom with clear view for tiny extra surreal, or PS3's GRIMDARK bloom with motion blur for tiny extra realism?

Neither, Vegas 2 is a crappy expansion pack!

I think the PS3 has more detail and is less cartoony than the 360 version. Am I just being biased?
I've noticed it with a few games though, I think you're definitely right about the motion blur though!

It really isn't detail though, its just the way it produces graphics.
Yeah 360 is colourful and can actually produce some colour, lol. So far all PS3 games are GREEN, BLACK OR BRONZE.

Bronze for Metal Gear
Gray for Killzone
Green for Uncharted (notice how most other characters' clothes are a simple brown or white... or some shade of green?)

I can go on. I won't include Unreal 3 (or Gears of War if you include how gray, brown, black and blue that was) because that is a stupid filter made by the developer, its been proven on the PC version and looks better without this shade of effect.

Vegas 1 and 2's outdoor zones are terribly brown

Just Mexico to be fair, Vegas always used night time and bright lights just like old videogames such as Deus Ex.

Mexico was brown enough for the entire game

No, Blu Ray doesn't effect the graphics at all. The 360 has better graphics over the PS3 because of its better graphics card.

Xbox 360: ATI Xenos

PS3: Nividia RSX

Processing power doesn't make a lick of difference with a multiplatform game. The PS3 version is usually ported anyway. Plus it doesn't have a unified shader. Ps3 is the best for exclusives and long-running series.

Long Running series as in EA's constant output of sequels which usually destroy the series? I really don't like it when they do that. Case: NFS.. Pro Street was not an enjoyably good game.
