INVERT. Always invert, on every game I play, if it isn't inverted I sometimes just don't bother (ala FFXII)

Heres a thought, you may have to tilt your head to look up but some of that animation isn't in most games. Your eyes don't need to do that.

Huh? Are we talking about the same thing? I mean inverted controls like in an FPS and some 3rd person games.

Invert is pig
Do you want a disorientation
Do you want a flight control scheme

What are the first two words of FPS?

Yeah, I get that part, it's just you're saying something about animation? The sentence itself is worded strangely.

Do you mean that with invert you don't see some things?

Oh no, it makes no sense in first person because your character model sometimes doesn't even move his head in most games, so you assume you're only using your eyes to see and turning left and right. This was used as an eternal excuse for older games why you couldn't see your players feet. normal controls are best suited in those FPS games. Eyes don't follow the invert rule because they don't need to be moved forward or backwards to look down/up.

However third person games and the latest FPS insert the "backwards to look up, forwards to look down" invert theory and try to promote it seeing as you have so much more to see and your whole model moves to your own reactions. Inverted is recommended

Still after that, it all comes down to preference. See this for more references http://www.imagocentre.com/images/23/12 ... 153_55.png also never believe up is down, and down is up because that is wrong. Always backwards and forwards.

I used to be able to only play in Inverted mode but then, fucking randomly while playing Battlefield 1942, I couldn't play it now and now I play in Normal.
