Anyone who says you need skill to play CS is retarded. I tried taking my shots carefully with pinpoint accuracy, I tried crouching. I tried darting in and out of corners taking a few shots at a time like all the others did. Most of the time, it was neck and neck and didn't work so effectively.

So I picked up the Defender and ran into 5 guys holding down the mouse button and I got 5 headshots. Got called a hacker and I was banned by vote.

Spray > Skill, this is what tournament faggots fail to realise when they refuse to move from M4, AK47 and the desert Eagle. Yet they get raped by spray friendly weapons, AWP or the cheap pump-action shotgun.

The only reason CS was so successful was because things like random cone of fire and instant gib with any gun was new. The cone firing and randomness of the game is such bullshit to a degree its hard to stand. The game is fun and if you are a fan its nice and all. But to say you are in complete control is a lie.

And about the skill, the only way to master the game is to remember the pattern of fire, take the AK47 for example. The pattern of fire makes the gun jerk up. So in order to master headshots with it, you start at the chest or neck and fire. Yet this isn't definite and you'd kill faster with burst fire with the M4 or mad sprays with the Defender.

On a related note, did you know the only reasons why people picked the Desert Eagle and the AK47 is because they have a higher priority than other weapons to get headshots?, it's true. This is in CS 1.6 and CSS, the weapons with slower rate of fire/inaccuracy have a higher chance per bullet that falls within the hitboxes that makes them easier to headshot with. Yes I did say chance, there is no such thing as true accuracy as mentioned above.

The only competition is in leagues, but they'd get pissed when you play Dust2, and absolutely desecrate them in the tunnel with the pump action shotgun and a flash.

Want skill?, headshot an AWPer with the UMP. It takes 6 shots to kill with the UMP from that range. You'll achieve God Mode.
