Download Mother 3, yes this is illegal and YES it is in Japanese.

But: http://mother3.fobby.net/ It was finally translated. To play the game use a GBA emulator or if you own a DS/PSP use it on those formats.

The game is bliss, the game is so much bliss and you have to play it for me and tell me what you think about it. It isn't a very long RPG and I think you'll appreciate why I want you to play it. It is a special important game that people spent time and effort to bring into our English speaking lives for 2 years. Do not take this for granted.

No, it is a standalone game. You don't need to play the predecessors to understand this game and its message.

Yeah I did, the first night I slept with lights on, cus it was at like 4:00 AM and the daylight was gonna come soon.
The second night I tried to turn them off, and expected the ghastly image that was so burned into my conscious to appear as a spectre with cold, harsh music. I turned them off and almost darted the fuck to bed, hard as hell to breathe for some reason and tried not to think about it.

The next few nights were like this, until after a week then I forgot about it cus I realize I have bigger problems, i.e. my job

Yeah I got quite a bit of a scare the first time I saw it, and I posted that it wasn't as scary as everyone says. But the image and the instance of turning off the lights remained with me, impossible to shake off.

But of course people, once hearing about him, decide he's not scary and decide to be a Macho Man Randy Savage

.. and say "oh you guys are sissies, it aint scary shit whatsoever"
But really it is.
