It was supposed to be, it has a lot of gaming related files like shareware games, mods, movies, and game-related audio. But some of it isn't gaming related, so I suppose that shit wasn't moderated very well.

It's kinda annoying to see it go though since there is a LOT of shit on that site. A lot of it is only stored there so we're going to see a lot more dead links on mod sites now.
