Deus Ex Alpha

All I remember is a yellow creature and a blue creature, and all the game was were these traps you set up and basically cause one of them hell. It was an old game, pretty cartoony. On PC, really old, may have been on CD. Characters kinda look like Toe Jam and Earl, but aren't the same.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
