Deus Ex Alpha

Now that L4D2 is the only multiplayer game you should be looking forward to the end of this year let's look at 2010, which may be the best start to a new generation.

Max payne 3, deus ex 3 are only games in the list that i will definitely will be trying out with high expectations. AvP and Aliens looks strange though, like.. ive no idea what Aliens is about unless its about THE Aliens.. and AvP ive already played... russian version and spooky as hell. So I dont know whats up with that title. AvP3 maybe.

And lol at Castlevania.

Aliens is post-Aliens and is basically LEFT 4 ALIENS. No HUD promised and to rely on stuff like the motion tracker equipment. Developer is GEARBOX and because I was left VERY unimpressed by Borderlands I dunno what to think about Colonial Marines.

AVP is unrelated to the old AVP series.

I'm genuinely looking forward to Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver remakes (yes, I still like the games) because Pokemon Gold/Crystal were my fave games as a child.

All Points Bulletin looks good too. As a WoW player I will probably get Cataclysm and look forward to the new changes (but not the fags that shall all roll Worgen thinking they're cool). Also looking immensely forward to TOR, and I wanna try out SC2 but I'm not much an RTS fan so I'm a bit 50/50 on that one.

Also Ken, there has been NO release date on Deus Ex 3. I've heard very little info since the magazine article on it so we don't know how far off it is. This holds true for The Old Republic and Starcraft 2. I also assume Diablo 3 would be coming out next year, but who knows.

Because that list goes by assumptions I'm quite disappointed a few games are not on that list. Namely Deus Ex 3 and Diablo 3.

I've been waiting on Starcraft 2 for a while, but I'd like to also see Alan Wake and probably AVP.

The Wii has been pretty lackluster lately, I don't even recall anything decent for it since Mad World and Punch Out.

FFXIII, Max Payne 3 and Id completely forgotten about them making a third DX.

Also James, what about modern warfare 2?

I'll be enjoying 2010 by buying games that would've been made about 20 years ago.

Retro isn't a cool thing Allan, I'm not joking, no one gives a shit about you buying Contra 1 for the NES or other games older than you or some shit because there's always going to be newer games like Contra 3 and 4 which are better and improved, especially in the case of Contra 4 which takes the weapons directly from the first game.

It's like playing God Damn footie with pig parts.

The Max Payne levels where he has bad dreamsare fucking ridiculous, other than that its a good game.

They were ace in both games, in the first game it's twisting the very first level and in the second game its unraveling the ending slowly. Fucking amazing.
