Little bastards, they've been charging me for 7 months under a different name. I fucking cancelled?!

AND THEY CHANGED IT TO AUTO PAYMENT INSTEAD OF MANUAL PAYMENT

I'm actually going to take legal action if they fail to give me back £111.95, I have the fucking original cancellation TICKET (WHY THE FUCK IS IT A TICKET)

You didn't notice, for 7 months long, that something was being deducted from your account? I check my bank account every 2-3 days (sometimes daily), just to check my finances.

Nope, the balance hasn't ever declined much at all so I wasn't really bothered considering I have too much money that is not declining. Oddly enough I was checking my finances this week to laugh at how much I spend on videogames and it doesn't help when they aren't charging under the name of gameservers.

But I do admit to being stupid about it, but to be fair like I said I disabled auto payment and paid it manually each time. But to be fair I have proof so I'm going to scrounge for that money I don't need but I want it.

Even if you don't spend a lot of money: what if a fraudulent company deducts money from your account? Somewhat like this case, but then just a random company deliberately trying to steal money. Every time I check my finances I check for unknown money transfers and if my creditcard was used for anything.

Gameservers but only because I had good experience with them in L4D1 when we used a regular server who were hosted by gameservers. L4D2 servers were most likely going to be scarce in L4D2 so I ordered a server.

The server itself was terrible and the quality of service was absolutely atrocious. We had limited customisation for the server itself (not to mention l4d2's initial disabling of console in lobbies) so I got rid of it the next month... using a ticket of all things (a ticket that has been since removed as answered and didn't close my account).

They're not some shoddy company which strikes me, I wrote about it being bad business in the second (today's) subscription end ticket.
