Condition Zero's indie developers (Turtle Rock)
Narbacular Drop's indie developers (spiritual successor = Portal)
Alien Swarm's mod team
DoTA
All under Valve's belt, not to mention developers they've helped to get started for themselves and publishing wise such as Gearbox, Tripwire and etc.
It turns out CS:GO is a console venture for the Counter Strike series but hopefully it provides a bright future for those developing it with Valve.
I wonder, if DXMP teams actually made useful mods that were not super rockets or really bad RPG maps maybe we'd have gotten some jobs!!!
