Best cheapest videocard 2012?

Postby ~DJ~ » Sat May 19, 12 7:07 pm

RIGHT.
I guess it's time for me to buy a videocard. and now I seek help of you fellow 1337 people who are into this hardware stuff.

Few years back I think NVidia GeForce 9600/9800 GT would do stuff, but I'm wondering if there's better and cheaper cards than them now?

I wouldn't mind buying those but thought it'd be best to first ask for advice.

I'm looking for cheap cards, probably DX11. So I can play all of the games (with just average FPS on probably medium graphics settings or something..)

SO THANKS GUYS HELP ME. LOVE YOU ALL TA

Hmm.. well.. about $58 to $66
EDIT: Also.. might be wrong about 9600/9800 GT. I think it was 9400GT.. because those two are out of my price range it seems..

The low-end Nvidia 600-series cards are quite cheap (the 640 is a rebranded 560 with a few enhancements).

I tried Googling 600 series.. they're expensive, all above like $150 I think.. D:
Low end? you mean the low profile cards? Would they fit on my desktop as well? I have a normal custom built box with PCI Express 2.
